Merilyn is a registered clinical psychologist. She is experienced in providing psychological services to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, chronic illness including cancer, loss and grief. Merilyn has worked across a range of public and private clinical settings, including rehabilitation hospitals, pain and trauma specialist services.

Merilyn works in a warm, caring and collaborative manner with individuals to provide best practice  therapy tailored to their specific  needs. Positive outcomes are facilitated  by drawing on a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT), Mindfulness based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)  and Schema-focused Therapy.

Merilyn has a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Melbourne and holds endorsement from the Psychology Board of Australia to practice as a clinical psychologist. She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), a fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists and a full member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
